?

Force Majeure is a french term that means “greater force.” It is a clause that is included in contracts to remove any accountability or blame for natural and unavoidable events that interrupt the participants and prevent them from fulfilling their obligations. Force majeure involves all acts of God along with human actions that are unforeseeable and unavoidable.
