Freight Carrier

A Freight Carrier is an individual or company authorized to transport cargo from one place to another using different transportation systems or multi-modal transportation systems depending on the services they provide. Freight carriers may operate at a global level wherein they transport goods from one country to another or operate at a domestic level wherein they transport goods within a country. Some freight carriers may also transport goods both domestically and internationally.
